1. Delete your account yourself (fastest)
- Sign in at app.beautica.io, using the same method you signed up with: email and password, Google, or Facebook.
- Click your avatar in the top corner and open Settings → My profile.
- Open the Login & security tab.
- In the Delete account card, click Delete your account.
- Confirm in the dialog that opens. We then send a 6-digit verification code to the email address on your account. Enter it within 5 minutes to finish.
- When the code is verified, your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
2. What is deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, country, profile photo, language, and online-profile details (headline, about me, social links).
- Your sign-in methods, including the link to your Facebook or Google account. You will not be able to sign in again with them.
- Any business account (workspace) you own, together with its locations. Team members of a business you own lose access to it.
If you only want to leave a workspace, do that from the workspace list instead of deleting your account.
3. What may be kept, and for how long
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and payment records, are kept for the period required by Ukrainian tax and accounting law, and then deleted.
- Backups are overwritten within 90 days.
- Everything else is removed from our active systems within 30 days of your request.
Data that belongs to a business account you do not own, for example appointments a salon recorded about you as its client, is controlled by that business. To have it removed, contact the salon directly. See the Privacy Policy for how we act as a processor for that data.
4. If you signed in with Facebook
When you log in with Facebook, Beautica receives your name, email address and profile picture, if you shared them. Removing Beautica from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites) stops Facebook from sharing new data with us, but it does not delete the data we already store. To delete it, follow the steps above, or use the email request below.
You can also remove the connection without deleting your account: in Beautica, open Settings → My profile → Login & security and click Disconnect next to Facebook. This requires another way to sign in, such as an email and password.
5. Can’t sign in? Request deletion by email
Email hello@beautica.io from the address registered on your Beautica account, with the subject “Delete my data”. Include your name and, if you used Facebook, say so. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
